Answer:

This lamp Is not 3-D. It is just a piece of etched plastic. I ordered 3 lamps but will send them back. Also, beware of a "restocking fee" on returns. This is a piece of junk!

Answer:

Very surprised by reviews as my experience was Great with these guys and everyone I gave them to as gifts absolutely Loves them. I even ordered mine on 12/17... had in hand on 12/21. Don't know why others were slow, but mine were definitely speedy.

Did you ever hear back from them. I needed a new one as well. They never responded!

Answer:

You'll get them alright! They'll be crap and you'll never be able to send them back for a refund. Sorry but you've just been ripped off.

Answer:

Don't buy it! It's krap. It's just a piece of illuminated etched plastic. No 3D effect at all. Totally misrepresented a "3D".
