Just an update on the above. It turned out that the one received was actually one purchased elsewhere. The one from us has an unsuccessful delivery attempt Monday and they are now going to redeliver tomorrow. Many thanks.

No method of contact other than email queries that they dont respond to. Really quite pathetic
