The original company refunded me. Lasership said it wasn't their responsibility, and there was nothing they could do.

Nope but I'm filing a lawsuit against them for my $300 package that they put on someone else's door step took a picture and then stole. Mind you the house that they took a pic of wasn't even on my street. These people are a scam. That driver will be paying for my items. Then they expect the company we ordered from to take responsibility and replace or refund us. When lasership should be held responsible.

No and Yes. If it's Lasership, there's a 50% chance the package is gone, stolen or never delivered. If you insist with Amazon they will usually provide a refund.

I did not get my money nor my package! This is not fair for us consumer! This company is stilling or dropping packages of anywhere and leaving!

Nope. They told me the same thing and it never ever appeared and absolutely nobody could tell me why.

Multiple orders made through them, not a single package ever arrived. I think their employees are opening and stealing packages.

I had to get my money back, I called and spoke with a representative but he wasn't much help.
