Hello! I just want to ask for the real update of my order, 376127389, I've already fulfilled my payment last Dec. 9, 2016 via HelloPay .. I checked my account on Lazada today to track my order but there was this "Declined" prompt in my order .. So what was that mean? I go to My Orders and was so surprised to know that my order didn't appear there .. please send me an update so I'll know what to do, thank you!
