Hello, I'm an avid customer of Lazada. I just want to inquire regarding my order. Ordered the item yesterday, the Gionee elite s5.1, but now I'm planning to cancel the item due to bad reviews and not so good quality, so instead of the Gionee I'm want to reorder for Samsung Galaxy j7... What possible advice can you give me, is there any process I should take before I go on to Samsung j7? I have already paid the Gionee phone through credit card. Since I'm going to cancel it, how many days will it take to receive my refund.? Will be hoping for your immediate response. Thank you very much.
