Hi, I was unable to claimed my refund for order number 368932156 because i was abroad during that time (Sep 10, 2016). I just arrived back to Philippines last week for a short vacation. I went to LBC yesterday to claim the refund, but tracking number appears to be inactive already as said by the LBC personnel. May I please request your good office to process my claim. Note: I will be back overseas this 27th of November. Thank you.
