No chance, You can call hundeerdtimes on the servicenumber and there is always another person who promise you, that who will help you, but there is no more returncall. Same with mails, lays the same letter of your question. An even when they promise you to get your refund, like in my case, they will not do it if its a high amount. The will find new reason that they must not pay. I had waited. For 6 month in the trust the give me a refund, but after 6 month the send back the the defect phone which had costed 5900 pesos.

Palpak ang lazada. Nag order ako ng two pices shake 'n take. Walang bottole yung isa. Motor base lng. Alang replacement na nangyari. Di rin nag ring ang phone nila. No reply sa emails ko.

Good luck talaga, specially if you purchased thru credit card, it is very remote to be refunded if the wrong item was sent to you. I ordered 3 items last Dec 2014, got those in installments, 1 was wrong and they couldnt do anything about it... you'll be blamed, palalabasin na you checked out the wrong item (wala kaseng photo ung item sa confirmation email nila sa iyo ng orders mo but of course as a buyer you know what you're expecting to get di ba). From Feb 2015 until now, no action on my returned item... actually sumasagot sila sa email pero mga months ung interval, like the last email was March 2015 then ang update April na ulit at di pa rin nare resolve ung issue... mapipilitan ka na lang tanggapin ung item to end the nightmare.

Good luck trying to deal with Lazada they are incompetent totally last item i brought was a rice cooker, it lasted 2 months then fell apart, no matter how many times i emailed them i got no answer so i call them on phone i still got no joy all i got was promise's and nothing else, the rice cooker is sitting on the shelf in my kitchen useless
