I ordered Acer Liquid Z530 (Order # 368329749) as a gift for my mom who is in the Philipines. I then tried tracking my order and found out that LAZADA declined it but my Visa Credit Card was already charged for the amount of the item purchased. How can I get my money back Lazada? I'm currently based here in New Zealand.
