I want to have status on my order #333823859. It's indicated that I will receive it on jan. 2-9,2016 but still it is on processing. Not on shipping stage. The item is shipped from abroad and i've already paid for it amounting 2292 pesos. I've seen some negative feedbacks from other customer that they also haven't receive their orders yet. So I am concern since I already paid for it. Please give me update asap. Or better yet help me cancel and process the refund.
