I would like to request for re-activatation of my LBC remittance number from my e-mail address which I received last December 18, 2016 with a validity period of 7 days (until December 25) as I don't have an opportunity to get the amount that I spend for an incorrect product. Also, i've already send my inquiry from customer care as well as from refunds@lazada.com.ph, but I haven't receive any response.
