on 3/30/16Don't know what is 'payment verification', but i did it via paypal. Initially paypal said they couldn't help because the seller communicated via my personal emal. So i kept calling paypal nad they sent the seller few strong emails. I still didn't get any money back. By this time it already has been a month. Eventually i rang my bank and explain the situation and told them that they have confirmed receipt of goods and promise of refund. My bank put the money in my account on that same day. Few weeks pater this company also refund it via paypal :))
Dear all
I tried to A. The Q but no way to find out the right or intuitive method to answer, clicking the button ANSWER i have simply got a page with unformatted name of the user that placed the question.
Can you help on this?
Cheers
Francesco

I managed to make contact with them by logging in to my account, clicking my orders, and then sending a "Customer Service Ticket". They actually replied with apologies for non-delivery and a promise of new delivery by 29th March, ( today is 30th and still waiting). Even if it arrives, the service would be much too slow! They said that if goods did not arrive by 29th March I should tell them and they would send a 'gift' to the value of the order (?). Fortunately the order was only batteries costing £3.44. I will not be wasting my time pursuing them
I asked for my money back, all they did was send me emails that they were sorry and so on. Told them I wanted a refund, they said they were going to refund the money back on the card used for payment and that it would take at least 7-10 business days but my money was never put back on my card. Hopefully you have better luck than me in retrieving your money back
No I didn't get my money back, I tried to send the items back but they were returned as the address they gave was obviously not found. I was unable to contact customer services... I actually think they don't have a customer services. I hope you get more luck than I did. Stear clear of this awful company if you can.
