You can't. Steer clear of this site. They misrepresent product and then ignore you or provide a lame excuse/response when you try reach them.

You can't. Ordering from another country is precisely the reason why websites can get away with not always giving you what your ordered. The U.S. has no authority over China. You just have to hope for the best.

I have only bought custom made formal and cocktail dresses from this site. They are the best I have experienced online at that. I cannot give you an opinion on consumer goods but some of their cheaper fashion items seem to be from third party suppliers which seems to be where problems arise as evidenced by other reviews. Still LITB has been round for a. Long time. Even online if it seems too good to be true it prob
Is.

Please just find somewhere else to order from. If you don't receive your product even if you take out insurance as I did, you will be unable to get any contact with this terrible company

I have been buying from this company for more than a year now. I would say 98% of what I have bought was as described. The two percent remaining was reimbursed immediately with ample apologies and they really are so nice about it that it, that it has only made me buy more things. Some of the things I have bought exceeded my expectations as to quality and workmanship. I pa through PayPay, if I am in a hurry I ask for the goods to be expedited, 5-7 days to deliver, and if there is any problem, you get back to them and by photographing the goods on arrival with the corresponding paperwork with your complaint, I have never had a problem. That is my experience. The choice is entirely yours.

Agree, there are no guarantees, and you really don't know what is actually in the ink either. They tend to treat almost everything, textiles, clothing, appliances, whatever, with weird chemicals of unknown source. If it looks too good to be true, for sure it is, plus you have zero return possibility. Buy something as serious as tattoo ink from a reputable US source, at least they are required to provide you with ingredients, which hopefully are from natural and not chemical sources. Absolutely, steer clear of LITB!

Well I can't insure you anything. I recommend paying extra for your items to be mailed priority so you have a tracking number. Also, pay by credit card and at least you can reverse payment if you don't receive your order. The company does have an email address to contact them and they will get back to you. Remember the company is overseas, they are doing the best they can to give excellent prompt service but sometimes things happen, mistakes are made. So by doing the aforementioned you can at least prepare for any concerns. I like the company and I will order from them again. I hope this helps, Theresa
