Even when the occasional product is sent, it frequently is not what the buyer ordered, etc. As an organization setup to steal, they write themselves fake reviews claiming to be customers. After the order they deliberately will not communicate with the cheated buyer. Sorry.

Usually, when you have an account on their homepage, you shud be able to write down your full adress. If thats the case that you stil lack space then, yes indeed. You have to open a ticket to get in touch with them. The good stuff is they respond very fast. Thats smt their at least good in
Yes, you have to open a ticket but their response time was within 24 hours after the ticket is open. I have read a lot of the reviews and the bad experiences some customers have had. I, myself, had a couple of purchased items that I was displeased with and a ticked was opened. I was immediately contacted by their Customer Service Dept. and a replacement and/or refund was given. I have been completely satisfied with this company and will continue to order from them.

I received very good customer service. I had only placed one order and I was not pleased with anything I had received in that order. I accidentally stumbled onto this site and read all the bad reviews. I decided to join the chorus of nay-sayers, and unload my disappointments, calling them a scam company. I never thought for a moment that anyone would ever read what I wrote - let alone get a response from the company. Within 24 hours a representative had contacted me and worked hard at making everything right. With each attempt on their part to right the wrong, I wrote another review - until finally all was well, and I wrote the final review.
If you wish to do business with this company - or reach them - my only suggestion is to unload your disappointments onto this site. They DO READ everything that is written - at least they certainly read my review - and responded to it. Keep in mind, this company is located in China - that is why it is not possible to call them. The representative who worked with me spoke excellent English - so language is not a problem. More...
I ordered clothes - and found that their sizes absolutely do not correlate with U.S. sizes. I do not recommend purchasing clothes from them. For that matter, if you prefer shopping online, I highly recommend purchasing items from U.S.-based companies of well-known integrity, like Amazon. Doing so will probably save you money, and it will most certainly save you much grief.
I also use wish.com and Amazon. I have never had an issue with them
As far as I know it is by placing a ticket. They are based in Japan I believe (at least that was who called me back after posting to this website) so they do not have a number.
Simplydresses.com was a great site and they do have chat- great customer service, dress selection, and fast delivery. Return policy is good as well- 7 days instead of 24 hours. I would recommend ordering from the instead.
