on 1/30/21We accept return on products,except for Final sale items and Underwear. Customers have the right to request a return within 15 days after receiving the product.
Which item you need to return?
Pls make a list of SPU and then we can handle it for you. Could you pls tell us the reason why you need to return it?

Dear Lina F. This company Lilicloth has been giving the turn around for months. I, too, wanted to return products.
They are NOT forthcoming with the return instructions. I am absolutely Livid with the way they are treating me. See interaction below.

LILICLOTH - We have replied your emails four times already and explained very clearly.
"MY RESPONSE":
- That is NOT true! You did not respond except once to say to give you my order #. Since then I have not heard back.
- That is only ONCE. Where are the other 3 emails you claim to have sent?
LILICLOTH - But it seems that you never check the emails and only know to send emails again and again.
" MY RESPONSE": OH! Is that right?
- I checked my email again, and again. I heard nothing from you.
- If you are telling the truth, please go ahead and forward those messages you already sent me. Prove it to me. I think you are not telling the truth.
LILICLOTH: - Check your email carefully since not all items can be returned.

- I HAVE CHECKED MY EMAIL BOX AGAIN TODAY... "VERY CAREFULLY". I HAVE NOTHING FROM YOU. No Email. No Instruction. NOTHING!
- WHICHEVER ITEMS I AM ALLOWED TO RETURN, I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THEM - IMMEDIATELY!
- Please give me instructions (1) which items I can return, and (2) how to return the products, and (3) how to get my money back.
- WHY are you treating me like this? This is very bad service.
