Your friend only buy item from your username, and NOT buying from others. It's a kind of dishonesty, and a fraud in listia.

Even if 2 are diff people because that person only buys your username things, and nobody else so yes you both will be suspended.

Because listia is a joke. Complete scam..

I just want to make a comment about Listia.com I have won several auctions on Listia which I received the items no problem at all. But, when winning an auction on Listia I never hear from the seller at all and never know if the item is shipped or what. I just think that if you are selling something then give customer service to the winner by communicating with them. Let them know something. I do sell on Listia and I always communicate with all my winners for I know I would like the same respect to customer service. I have bid on a tv and the winner said to send him a money order for the shipping so I sent a money order for the total amount he said for shipping. It has been a week now and I haven't heard from him at all. I don't know if he is shipping it to me or not so I don't know if I should file a dispute or wait. I am just so furious over no communication...

Don't waste your time with Listia. They are almost impossible to contact if you would like to talk to a real person. Most of the time when I bid, I wait until near the end, but ALWAYS get outbid. This is time consuming, and all for nothing. I bid--and WON- one time, but the seller never delivered. And even though I tried over and over to get my credits returned by Listia, they just ignored me.

I would like to suggest to Listia that they have a wider question and answer base on their "Faqs". Seems what you can find out is very limited. For example, a winner gave me her verified address. I shipped it off, only to come home to find she suddenly became "Inactive". Did she quit, get suspended, what? I wish Listia would simply put in their Faqs a list of what exactly certain statuses mean. Like is "Inactive" mean you have nothing up for auction or bidding or is it a type of suspension? And when I go away, is there an option to put myself on vacation mode? My sister recommended I start on Listia, just to "get my feet wet" in shipping items online to get comfortable with it before I go on to Etsy or another webstore. I've had a few minor bumps, made some mistakes (like bidding before I looked to see if shipping charges were involved!), have never heard back from one of my winners, etc. I know I haven't been doing this long, but I have learned a lot. Something I will definitely do from now on, when I send an item to a winner that went for a high bid, I will pay extra for tracking. Actually, I've had a lot of fun and stress with Listia. I think learning and experiencing ups and downs will prepare me for when I open my shop on Etsy.

Listia order people buy in credit card the credits, not use different accounts gather credit to one main acc.\\your friend is trying to give all his or her acc credits to you, it's called funnel credits. And many ppl got suspended due to friends bid only their username and nobody else.

Your friends all accounts has 4XXX credits, when they bid to u. They are attempting to give all their accounts all credits to you.

This is called "Funnelling credits" in listia and would be suspended.

If you look "buy listia credits" they stated that only if you buy credit from listia the credits are legal and legit. If you use funnel credit.

All account buy one account things and made credit gather to that main account. Because same eprson/multi acc u dont have actual item deliver/mailing.no actual trade.

They are doing what you and your freinds are doing. To buy so many credits are not cheap. So they do that, so one acc has SUPER HIGH CREDIT AMOUNT to buy almost all site all items

I have started an auction that i cant delete because someone already bid on it. If i am unhappy with the winning bid amount do i have to sell my item?

There are people on the Listia site who list items they don't even have. We have won 3 auctions never got item because seller wont respond. I love your Listia but, some people think its funny to have people bid on items they never had. Should be banned from listing anything else.

Where does listia show the completed auctions? I would like to see what final bids were placed on a couple of items that were listed last night.

Does anyone know how to contact the person that is over the site? I have had a bad experience with this site. I won an auction and the seller has never, after three attempts of me email the seller have they got a hold of me. They have 1010 credits of mine, but I am disputing this auction. There have been a few auctions I have won and the sellers were very prompt at getting back with me and shipping the item. Honestly, I am done with this site. I am beginning to believe that there are scammers on this site, and I am not going to fall victim to them, especially when the item I had won was a game for my son.

Do you have to pay for anything or just pay with the credits

I have had the same problem with getting credits for surveys. I notice some of the surveys will give credits, most will not. In this case, I suggest that you contact Listia and tell them you are not getting credit for completing surveys. It could be a simple mistake. Perhaps you missed an important task to complete. For example when you sign up, you must fill in the complete form, and then wait for them to send you a survey to your email to complete in a timely manner. IF you did not complete the survey as soon as they would have liked, it could be they will not credit you. But again it is a good idea to contact Listia to find out what is really going on.

Listia is trash but you are right, why post to facebook so when a friend bids you get booted, they are unprofessional

Your friend cant just buy from YOUR USERNAME items and not buy one other person items.

If you are only one freind doing this, no problem. But also, listia may also suspend it's just a matter of time.

But if you got two or more friends doin this. Then it will quicken you and the people involved BEING SUSPENDED.

I don't even understand the concept of this site. Whoever is running it makes 0 money? If you want to sell used things you can do it on ebay. I went to the site and even saw job listings. How can people work for a web site if there is never any money passing hands. I would be afraid to use this site and sell on it. If you want to get rid of used items you don't need you can give it to charities and use it as a tax deduction. It sounds so odd to me. Why would anyone want to get rid a piece of jewelry that is pretty for points to buy something that they may be scammed on. I don't want someone else's used merchandise especially if I don't know them and especially if it is something I would wear.

How long does it take to get the Amazon gift card CODES on the ones LISTIA itself puts on site for bidding or even in their rewards store? I am still waiting after buying NUMEROUS and winning a few and they do not answer the emails.
