How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Litfad?

They respond via email but the responses are repeatedly useless

Never response, once you have paid. But if you are ready to or about to pay their responses are 1step ahead then you. But once you have any proplems then, no way that they will response nicely nor they will response on time.

They are mostly bots. Will play back and forth games but never issue refund.

You have the only option of communicating via email to support@litfad.com. No phone. Home office is in Hong Kong

They initially responded quickly but only to say they would only refund 5-15% of the total price of my purchase. When I declined, communication stopped. They have not responded any more. Next will be to contact BBB that this is a counterfeit company.
