Chairs arrived after a month pretty much as advised at time of ordering. Box was battered but chairs weren't damaged at all. No fitting instructions but easy to build. The chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Probably not really worth the £280 for the pair but there wasn't anything else online coming up at such a cheap price. Overall am very happy with the purchase.

It's false advertising, I bought a $1500 Buffet Cabinet who doesn't look like the picture at all, the worst quality I have ever seen, also, it took 3 months to arrive, it arrived damaged and unusable. You go round in circles with them asking you to accept a discount to keep it, even though their own warranty terms say you are entitled to a full refund. After 2 emails, they did not answer my emails anymore

I purchased two pendant lights for my kitchen island, which arrived nearly a month later. I was extremely disappointed with both the product quality and packaging. The lights I received were nothing like the ones advertised on their website. Upon opening the box, I found the styrofoam packaging torn apart. There was no installation manual, the ceiling mount size was incorrect, and instead of a metal hanging rod, I received what looked like a jump rope. The materials used were cheap and far below expectations. Overall, the entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Customer service did not help at all.

Guys listen to me. I paid 396$ for a floating tv stand. It came in 6 weeks (no problem). It arrived broken, almost every piece and without any directions. I'm still trying to get a refund after 3 weeks of emails. They will try to offer you 5-40% off so that you don't return it. I have a large box in my garage waiting to ship back. They said if I ship it back, it has to be EXPRESS DELIVERY. I finally had enough and contacted my bank to get refund. Do not, I repeat, do not buy anything from them ever. They are 100% a scam

Not happy! Terrible service! They steal your money!
My order took 86 days to arrive, when it did arrive, it arrived damaged and unusable. They keep offering you money off to keep the damaged item, but what is the point of a bent bar shelf that can't hold bottles! You go round in circles with them asking you to accept a discount to keep it, even though their own warranty terms say you are entitled to a full refund.

I reported this company to PayPal, and after a long two-month battle, PayPal finally agreed to put them under review. Upon further investigation, PayPal informed me that many of the company's customers have had terrible experiences with refunds. As a result, PayPal has decided to sever business ties with them.
The company sells faulty or misrepresented items, often of poor quality. When you raise a complaint, they offer small discounts—like 5%—claiming the item is still usable despite being damaged. Their tactic is simple: they send you subpar products, and when you ask for a refund, they offer minimal compensation, such as 10% or 20%, while blaming the shipping company.
In my case, they sent me a pile of useless wooden pieces that were supposed to be assembled into a shoe storage cabinet. It was far from what was advertised.

Purchased a white wardrobe and got a tan color.
The set came in 2 heavy boxes.
No packing material between panels.
The box was full of manufacturing debris.
All the panels were scratched either from manufacturing or from transit.
No instructions on how to put it togheter.(and I am a very handy guy)
No quality control whatsoever.
No customer service.
They tried to lure me with discounts to keep the wrong item but after looking at their quality I do not want a replacement

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with Litfad. I recently purchased a vanity them and it arrived not just broken, but in an utterly disgraceful condition. The packaging was flimsy and totally inadequate. The vanity was bent and the sink smashed to pieces. To add insult to injury, when I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, they said ship it back to us and we will refund your money. Given the weight of the object it would have cost more to return it to China than I paid for it. This company is a complete nightmare. They clearly have no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and avoid Litfad like the plague.

I purchased a bookcase from them on June 24, when the package finally arrived it was damaged because it was not securely packaged in fact it looked like somebody had found some cardboard and foam and put it together in their garage. Apart from that there were many other issues too long to list here but one important item were the shelves, one was smaller than the other six. I have been trying to get a replacement and as of today and after a chain of emails I have not been successful. I would not touch this company with a barge pole.l

What a joke, directions are in Chinese with no QR code. No clue how to assemble this bed frame. Need to hire a handyman to figure out this build. When I did finally receive the bed frame, it came in packaging that from a pirate ship. Palate wood stabled 1000 times…so have a hammer & a crow bar available to unpack. Bed frame is a joke, its raw wood, mold, and in 100 pieces with no instructions. Dude this needs to go out of business fast. Its a joke I fell for the website…i should have checked trust pilot first!

I ordered from them, and the product not only took very long to deliver, but it came broken, so I took pictures of the packing and the product and contacted them, but they just excused themselves, and even the product is no way to be fixed, they only offer me some discount, looks like they are in China and they ship without insurance, all other trustworthy sales refund immediate if the product was damaged in the way because the insurance pays that, so stay away from this company, the products no even have full description and you receive very cheap quality or no the size you expect, my only option is to claim with my bank

False advertising, probably due to poor translation to English but they won't admit to their mistakes and won't honour their adverts. Advertised as 4 drawer desk but now changed advert after my complaint to two drawers but I screenshot it. Now ignoring my emails. I want either partial refund or the additional drawers despite their error which they should wear. Also advertised as reversible but it wasn't!

I purchased a California King bed from Litfad and waited months for it to arrive. When it finally did, they sent me a Queen-sized bed instead. I immediately requested a refund because I couldn't afford to wait months for a replacement. After several attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven't received my money back.

Litfad operate by selling cheap and bulky items across the world. Items arrive damaged, are of poor quality and/or are not like the description.
They know it's not feasible for people to ship the scam product back. After you contact them about the issue, they'll engage in many to and fro emails offering you 5% of the value of the item back, then 10%, then 20% etc. and 60% if you ship it back. If you keep rejecting these offers, they'll finally offer 100% (excluding the expensive postage) only if you leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot. That way they hook in the next victims. All 5 star reviews are from people who have been bribed.
They therefore rely on the victim cutting thier losses and accepting a portional refund and keep the remainder of the victim's money.

Ordered 4 barstools on 5/28/24. Received two boxes on 7/3/24 and then one box on 7/4/24. A fourth box was missing from the shipment with two of the seats leaving me with only two barstools and the hardware for the 3rd and 4th barstool. Followed up with customer service via email for the last two months who kept putting me off asking for patience and just this week stopped responding entirely. Tried the chat and when I give them the information they ask for they conveniently stop communicating with me during the chat. Paid $628 for four barstools for our new house and now only have two fully assembled which are useless for our kitchen bar so basically out the entire amount. All I asked for was to ship the two missing seats! My fault for not researching. Stick with Wayfair or Amazon.

My package arrived 6 months later, wrong product delivered. Then 2 months to receive the right product which arrived badly packaged and BROKEN. You won't get a refund unless you pay for shipping back to China and instead they insist on you keeping the broken lamp and then try to offer you 10% refund then 15%, then 20%. I Have exchanged 25 emails with them. They then blackmailing you saying that you have to write a 5 stars review, send them the screenshot to get a refund. It is a massive SCAM! It is fraudulent. Do not believe the 5 stars reviews either.

What went wrong? What didn't go wrong?
1. The item took weeks to arrive.
2. The colour received was not an accurate reflection of the colour on the website.
3. When I contacted Litfad they denied it was different, despite the photos and website image showing the difference.
4. It took 46 emails over 6 weeks to have them agree to a 90% refund of the item price only - not the shipping.
This was then contingent on my leaving a 5 star review.
The product colour was incorrect, I should not have to pay to return an item which wasn't as described.
I am forgoing a $130 refund to leave an honest review to help others avoid this company in the future.

Ordered a few pieces off of their site to save money. It's not worth it. The items are OK quality not high. Their return policy clearly states that if you don't like something I would like to return it they'll give you your money back minus the shipping fees and associate from their company told me that they would only give me 10 to 20% refund. It also takes a month or more to receive your items. They gave me the wrong tracking information for my stuff associates kept telling me that it was coming in September and it actually arrived two weeks early. They were unaware.
