ok lollicouture, i have about 120 bad customers reviews about you. cheap cost, but no guarantees on delivery and or returns? tell me true. only few of 3 told something positive, i have no dates for their review, is this true about you? or not.

how I can tracking my order???
I was ordering my items which I finished later on and even proceeded to check out am just wondering why I didn't get a your order has been received and I never got items off of my coupon ):
I purchased 2 shirts on Aug 2nd. I received an email saying the item was shipped on Aug 5th. The tracking number they provided did not work so that was the first red flag. Contacted them via email and was provided a link. According to that link items were to arrive in 7-10 business days. Almost a month later and still no items. I contacted their customer 'support' many times only to be send the link again with no response or respond with a short sentence 'will arrive in 7-10 days'. When I requested a refund as it is pretty clear that I will not be receiving the items they replied back with the shipping link. I don't know if their customer support is not allowed to interact and can only used canned responses but it is the most ridiculous thing I have experienced. I shop online a lot but this is one place I will never shop from. I have complained with the BBB and disputed the charges. If you want a company to be better hit them where it hurts, their wallet. Don't give them your hard earned money only to be given the run around.
I really want this cute mermaid seashell bikini from LolliCouture. I hear good and bad things. Could anyone give me their honest opinion about their bathing suites... thank you!
If I order today when shall I receive my shipment? I'm leaving for vacation in 10 days.
What does it means when they said order on hold
Does anyone have any information about this website Minornonthly.co.uk, they use first pay payment system. I placed an order for two pairs of converse with them, the phone number they included does not connect. I have not even received order confirmation email.
I just got off the phone with a rlollicouture rep. I live in philadelphia PA. I ordered last night(sunday). I then immediately called to see if I could get 2 items taken out of the order. I tried to call yesterday but you were closed, because it was Sunday. I read your cancel policy. But you should also state in your policy that on sat and sun we will not be able to cancel because you are closed on those days. Now I will be stuck with 2 pair of shoes that I do not want.
