Lord & Taylor was reputable until they were purchased by Le Tote in the Fall of 2019. The store and website have gone downhill in quality and customer service since that purchase. Customer service is now based in the Philippines for L&T and Le Tote. They are impossible to deal with. In my personal experience they have committed fraud by not honoring their published return policy and are as good as criminals for accepting a return of merchandise AND keeping my money. I am continuing to fight and now contacting the Division of Consumer Affairs. I already have an open case against them with the Better Business Bureau
