Hi Joy,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you paid by Paypal, once we arranged the refund, you will get the it soon. If you paid by credit card throgh Paypal or paid by credit card directly, the refund may delay a few days because the bank needs time to handle the money.
Normally it will take 3-10 business days to get the refund. Pls don't worry.
