Short answer is No. Check the other responses to your question. If you paid by credit card you may get a refund from them, but not from madbid. They will say you have used all your credit on bidding, tough luck.

Haha i've seen all the answers and wholly agree with them! Quite simple you buy your credits, then you do NOT win any bids then you loose your Money and if your daft enough to buy more credits then you loose more money, steer well clear!

Your money's gone. Cut your losses and dont bid for anything else. It's a big rip off! Try and get your money back if you paid by credit card... if not, Ian M is right, you are stuffed... sorry!

Sorry, cancelled straight away after reading reviews but had to send countless emails and involve my bank before I got my refund. Only use credit card if you use this site. Details of site are not really clear until you have signed up.
