This auction site is the best one I have ever joined! Winning definitely happens and if you don't win you can use your bids as credits towards the end purchase of your desired item. Shipments are ultra fast too!
I purchased a product from them on action got no where with management ask for a corporate address so i could go to court there reply was its on there sight but there is none listed just a bunch of warehouses for action. They are very deceiving company they tell you product worth 300 and i saved 70 % gave measurements on add nothing was correct sold me a box of scrap for 120.00 look at pics and discretion of product all i got was a box of bolts and parts total rip off.

After weeks of chasing refunds via emails have finally got my money back. Had to involve our credit card company team and ask for lost interest. Advice to give is, please do not give them anything you can't afford to lose.
Tip for consumers:
Please, please be sure that any money you might pay to site is money you are possibly prepared to lose.
Feel completely stupid that I parted with cash for this website. There are too many bidders, you could spend all day bidding and part with lots of dosh and not get anything. Better things to do with my time.
I bought £49.99 worth of credits but didn't find anything on the site that I wanted. I ended up bidding for something I didn't need or want just to avoid forfeiting my money ( which eventually happened anyway). I am advising everyone now to avoid madbid.com like the plague. There are plenty of trustworthy discount stores where you can buy online without getting ripped off. Only gave one star as unable to give nil.
I wish i would have seen this site before opening an account. I read an article that paints a very nice picture saying that it works. Well. It doesn't. I've spent $100 today (first day) and i won absolutely nothing. The timing of the bids seems to be fixed sometimes where even if you bid on time it says "oh it's closed". I also got charged more in my credit card than what they said i had to pay (and when i say more i'm talking about $50).
Stay away from that site, it's not as wonderful as they make it seem.
They just want to soak up your cash. A bunch of robbers. I bought 27 pounds to start, won 1950 credits--great! Then lost the lot almost at once. Shall not be using it again. It could be desperate for youngsters.
No wonder it's called mad bid as you would be mad to bid on this site. Anyone who is asked to part with cash before you can even find an item you want to buy! Alarm bells started to ring in my ears. I have just finished reading some of the reviews here and I am glad I never purchased any credits at all. I feel sorry for the poor people who have been taken in by their website. Stay away from this site do not enter any payment details.
I have been lucky to win in Madbid some awesome items, beats headphones, kindle, etc. You do need to invest in large amount of credits, but at the worst you end up paying full retail price for items. Its a game of chance and patience, try your luck!
Sucked up my credits costing me nearly £200, unable to stop it. Left with earned discount which cost me way more than I could of purchased on Amazon, plus charged £10 shipping - left completely out of pocket and with a product I don't really want. Awful scam
You have no reasonable prospect of winning.
The guardian newspaper has done a thorough analysis. You will be better off just shopping at more traditional sites across the Web. But of course who can resist the illusion of getting something almost for nothing.
Madbid's trick is to get you to part with your money and then point you to the fine print when you realise you've been had.
You cannot verify anything they claim as they hide behind privacy and confidentiality rules. And as usual on the Net you can never get hold of a human when you want one.
Do not believe the hype -they (Madbid) have paid for it.
I was lucky to win an amazing Kindle Paperwhite and after a few days this was sent to me through an authorized dealer, by private courier. They contact you when you win something for sending correctly placed, so that the quality of service is very good.

Study, observe, wait and play !
This site is nothing but a cheating site that induces unassuming visitors to bid for their auctions which are governed by deceitful terms and conditions that are surely made to take away ur hard earned money if u are unable to properly understand them. This so called 89%discount is offered at the cost of the unassuming customers who loose money to them and not because they procure items in bulk purchases or distress sales. Even the items offered as 'claim' or 'buy now' are far more than their usual market price because of added handling charges. If u buy credit... There are 99.99% chances that u loose and the products offered through 'earned discount' are costlier than usual and also worthless. They blow their own trumpet by overly publicizing the one winner who is able to win but what about those 99.99% bids that went unsuccessful? This way they lure and the credits bought from them are almost surely going to end up in loss of money.
Absolute rubbish... If u have noting to do all day and night just watch people stare at the pennies being piled in by people who clearly do not know what they are doing. A car has been in auction for weeks and has had bid totalling ******* pennies - that is £462.19 to me and you. So if some wins a car at say £9000 how many pennies is that. How long do u wait.
It's a scam, con and should be banned
Keep well away... I am going to buy and try and get my money out.
I had done a lot of research on this site and many reviews were great (the whole reason i signed up) I am more than convinced the reviews are people who have been paid to write amazing reviews of MadBid! Terrible site stay well clear, It is not explained well enough, that buying credits is just to waste on just being able to bid, i am guessing this is just how they make their money, very shocked how i had spent £49.99 worth of credits without a single thing to show for it! Awful scam, I shall be warning people to stay well clear! Adverts & false reviews are what this site thrives on. Pay full price is my advice
Oh dear. It's sad that sites like Mad bid are allowed to operate and doubly sad that people are foolish enough to use them. It's not an auction site; its more like an online raffle. You buy credits at a pound a time and then squander them (usually 5 to 10 per bid) basically until everyone else gives up and stops bidding. And the "price " shown for the item? It increments a penny for each bid, so, £100.00 for an ipad? No; that's 10,000 bids placed (at £10 a go!). Nice little earner there for someone.
Madbid.com madness. Signed up for an account depositing £300. Lost the Apple set auction I was hoping for but got £224 back from a promotion they were doing. So I topped it up with another £132 to buy a DSL camera from their website and two days later they flagged my account as being suspicious. I then sent in the required documents requested, a scanned copy of my licence, latest council tax bill and signed declaration but despite all this they it still isn't good enough! They said they can't see the picture on my licence which isn't surprising because I'm black!
My licence clearly shows my address so does the council tax bill, I've signed a declaration and even sent them a scanned copy of my credit card but they still wont release my account or send the item I bought!

Keep away!!!!
Update on the review below:-
It took a while, but eventually I did receive a considered email from Customer Services and I was given a full refund. This company is definitely not as bad as I depicted in my review... and I am happy to add this postscript by way of balance.
Original review:-
I reviewed this business yesterday and was surprised this morning to find that 84 people had read the review.
Scrolling down through all the negative comments from others, I was struck by the number of "Daily Mail" references.
Why not join me in asking the DM to investigate and run a follow-up to their advertorial; this time without the positivity? Just send an email to The Daily Mail ("*******@dailymail. Co. Uk") telling your story. Let people power prevail.
Following my recent review of madbid true to there word I had a full refund, just keep emailing them don't phone u probably won't get an answer plus it will cost u money but remember don't spend anything if u expect a refund.
Do not waste your money. You have absolutely no chance on winning any bid. Even contacting them is impossible. When I tried to contact support they asked for my Username and password. When I entered this information the site states my password is wrong even though I was already signed into the bidding area using the same password.
So glad I didn't get sucked in to deep.
I'm sorry Madbid, how can you say I didn't use your site. I did use your site and it cost me £49.99.
Madbid is the No. 1 e-commerce site where we get products with 90% discount. I am very much crazy about madbid. I won Sony Smart Watch 3 for just $16.29(including shipping charges). The only disappointment is delivery of products takes longer time.
Madbid is a smart way to get amazing products saving lots of money.
You have just to be patient trying to obtain the items you are interested into.
You can contact a very efficient Customer Support Team in order to ask for any clarification you might need.
My experience is very positive and although I did not win anything until now, I am confident in trying to get some of the products they proposed.
I only won two very cheap items with the free sign up credits and a small credit package I won with these. Have never purchased credits as they seem to be quite expensive. Can be addictive and should really be rated as gambling! Although goods won did turn up in a timely fashion and excellent condition. Unfortunately not very up front with the p&p charges so 2 of 4 stars!
1) auctioned items dropped from 20 to 6-7 every day;
2) With the accumulated discount it is no longer possible to buy anything, since the few items on sale sell immediately;
3) The items on sale are not sold individually but in packages with completely useless little objects.
If you inspect before bidding, there is no surprise on the condition of goods,
The staff is friendly in Butler, ready to help on any question.
I have been successful with getting goods at less than 1/2 the price at Walmart!
