How do I get my £300 plus back? I have e-mailed several times and received nasty replies. OK, I was a bit silly for not realising so much money was coming out of my bank account, my only excuse is that I am in my late 70s and not very on the ball as it appears I apparently ticked the wrong box. Hope someone out there can advise me.
