I have joined MadBid.com today. Debit of INR 5492. 39 and INR 2265. 21 have already appeared in my debit card amount. Initially credit of 500 was shown, that has been reduced to 247: please explain why?

I have bid and won the auction for Braun Series 3-350cc Shaver System $ 8.67Shipping and Handling$ 14.99, today. I am being asked to pay for it, instead of adjusting it from amount already paid by me.
