I am very disappointed with your customers support, No one provide me satisfactory response regarding my query.
All your customer support agent speaks to customer in attitude & Cross questioning to Customer despite of given an
Appropriate ans.

Miss Nidhi (MMT) Call Timing Between 12:20 To 12:30
Praveen kumar (MMT) Call timing Between 7.20 TO 7.29.
ISSUE:-
1. No details of Partial Cancellation at the booking time & on Ticket.
2. Bus operator number mentioned on Ticket are out of service & unreachable since morning.
3. Need to change one Passenger Name for this ticket.
4. Call two time@ Customer Support number. But every time same statement "your request has been transfer to concern department". We arrange a call back for you please wait for 15 minute but still not got any call.
I am going to forward my complaint to consumer help service of india.
Makemytrip is just name their agenda is spoilyourtrip. I have worstest experience with them and hence stopped using their portal. You can better services at kayak.com
