on 12/20/18My experience was completely different, I ordered my suit freaked out when I saw the reviews, like the ones above. Then called them, no worries after that. A really nice quality suite arrived, high quality, nothing but positive.
They sent a decent suit but they are very hard to deal with and god forbit you have a return even if it is their mistake. SCAM
MenUSA, in my opinion, is more a scam than legit. So seriously recommend that you order from this company at your own risk. If you read all of their reviews, they have way more negative reviews than positive ones. The most frequent complaint in the reviews, is that they are consistently sending their customers the wrong item/items, now the fact that they don't cover return postage only makes their constant shipping of wrong orders all the more appalling. Because you are spending your hard earned money giving them business and they seem to be unconcerned about the money and inconvenience of having to send back to them their wrong order. So basically if you do business with them then you have to hope and pray that they send you the correct order so you're not having to come out of your pocket to return, even if its their error, that you were sent wrong order. All I can say, the California Attorney General really need to look into this business and the issues with their shipping and overall business practices. Because the powers that be in MenUSA are either not reading the negative reviews submitted about them, or they just don't care that they are p-ssing their customers off and to what degree. The Better Business Bureau has given them an "F" rating, they are not accredited. So unless you have enough patience, money and time to spend constantly running back & forth to the post office returning their "screw ups", I seriously recommend you not bother doing business with MenUSA, it's just not worth the stress.
Mostly a scam. You can order an item and you may get an item shipped, but if anything is wrong with it, you're on your own. The customer takes the full risk since they don't adhere to their own return policy (which is worth s... t), they try to avoid a refund wherever they can.
