Hi i ordered a purse strap and when i received it, all of the gold inlay circles were gauged. i returned it but because it was a prepaid return label, i didn't think it get a receipt from ups (tracking # was already issued by michael kors). now the package is in space somewhere and michael kors claims they have too many packages to be able to find my issued tracking # - that it was up to me to record it. hello - your company issued the tracking number and it's not in your computer system?? plus no one speaks english when i call which made it more difficult
