I called them & the lady answered all my questions. I received my dress 2 weeks after with a free shoe & a free legging that I picked & it was perfect! The material of my wedding dress, the size, the color & I should say my dress was $1600:)

Do not waste your money. I paid 350.00 for a dress that was supposed to be champagne colored. It was not the same color or the same dress in the picture. The quality was very cheap and didn't look anything like the picture. I could not even get a refund. I got a credit minus the restock fee. I was forced to ge another dress that i won't wear. But the way after use of the store credit, you are stuck with the exchanged item. It is final. Go to a more reputable site.

I didn't even get the dress! They processed my payment before confirming dress availability. They were trying to get me to choose another dress so they wouldn't have to refund my payment. The manager wouldn't speak to me and I only received my payment refund because I escalated to my credit card company and the better business bureau.
I realized we didn't have a lot of good choices at reasonable prices and good customer services so I started my own evening wear online store. The quality is high end. Check it out at NattyCouture.ca and let me know what you think.
