I love the over-all shopping experience with them. At times, the dress isn't available and that's completely understandable in retail business. I didn't run out option because there are just too many different kinds to choose from. I'm excited for my next party event. I'll go back to this site again for sure.

Excellent service. Live chat was very helpful indeed, especially since I am in the UK. There were no problems with dispatch or postage at this end either. The whole business from ordering to receiving only took a week and the dress is lovely.

One small thing, I would like to have been offered a small sample of the dress material so that I don't have to take the whole dress out with me when matching up for shoes/bag - maybe that's still possible MissesDressy?

Thank you for the generous offer. They waived shipping fee at my request although my total order is not over $500, but it's kinda close to it already. I'm happy with my shoes and bag. The Sherri Hill dress I purchased for my daughter's Christmas semi-formal was expensive, but appeared even more beautiful in person than pictured. It arrived in a timely fashion, the size fit exactly to the measurements provided, and was embellished as described. She wore it and received many compliments so overall a good experience.

I'm really hesitant over buying dresses online but with time constraints, i was into it. Very thing is the sizing! Coz it's easier to take your pick based on style and color, but not a big deal at all if it comes a little not alike as in pictured. But you must never go wrong with the size! Swear, i'm always a size 4 but when i looked at their chart, it falls to a different size. Well, they provide more than enough info for each dress (as posted on their site). But you may want to take a step up and get in touch with their customer service people if you want more details, especially the availability. I did that! My transaction with this company ran smooth and im satisfied with the item i paid for.

I believe all brides-to-be have the same sentiments over making everything close to perfect as possible. My biggest worry was the bridesmaids dresses, I just want them simply in uniform fabric color and cut. It was so nice of MissesDressy to extend us an exceptional service. So we came up with an arrangement that all my bridesmaids will be contacting their store to order their respective dresses. It made it easy for us and I am extremely happy when we receive the dresses – they were perfect, just the way we wanted it….

I ordered a dress for a wedding 2 months ago and I still have not received. They charged my credit card the same day and two months calling and chatting with them and every single person tells me a different story. Which conclude with me not having a dress. Terrible company can't even believe they're in the states. Customer service is one of the worst I've dealt with they make believe they don't hear you when there is no static or anything that would interrupt them from hearing me. They hang up on me and never have a legit answer to give me. I really hope I can receive the dress someday. I ended up having to buy a different dress from elsewhere. I will never get on their site again.

I ordered my dress a few weeks ago and I just received it yesterday. I thankfully did not need it for a specific event or any particular date so I would just advise to keep that in mind. I saw a lot of others having issues with dresses being sent and such. I guess I'll consider myself lucky I even received the dress. Other than that, the dress is simply lovely and exactly what I hoped it would be. I would give them another look due to their selection and prices but not if I had to have the dress by a certain date.

We purchase on-line for clothes all the time, usually without any issues. Placed order for daughter prom dress night before (Sunday) then received email that order would not ship for 4 weeks, (after prom date) called in a.m. to cancel, spoke to a rep & was told we can can cancel but must pay 50% cancel fee, ouch!

A very long way to travel just to visit their Showroom at Long Island City. A friend came with me because we're one of the bridesmaids. Good to know we can order 10 bridesmaids dresses from Bari Jay. The fabric was cool and pretty in style. Can't wait to wear those dresses this December.

As they always says, ages got tired and skin shown lines as well. But based on my experience at Missesdressy they always made me looked young and good. I just received my ordered dress from 10 days processing and delivery. And I would say that they always complied with the shipping date. Needed more dresses from you guys. Your service was so excellent!

I love the flexibility of options: expedited processing and shipping time for an extra few $ that is so worth spending. I got my lovely dress in less than a week. Well the normal processing time they gave me is 5-7 days, although i still have a month before my event, I don't mind paying more just to get the dress sooner.
