WHY DOES IT NOT ALLOW ME TO USE MY MOVIE TICKETS.COM GIFT CARD?

Try redeeming it through MovieTickets.com website. Select the movie, the showing you'd like and then check out as a guest. Look for the movietickets.com card option at check out. If you have a free Stubs member number, enter that as well to waive the convenience fee. Hope that helps!
