Why you guys sneak people into a subscription for free but try to charge 10 dollars to stop it when nobody asked you to put it there in the first place

Hi Susan,
I will be more than glad to assist you. You may cancel your subscription using any of the following options:
* By calling Customer Service 1-855-213-0348 from Monday - Friday 8 AM to 8 PM CST Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM CST Sunday 10 AM to 6PM CST
* By clicking chat button on our website
* From your account- go to settings>subscription>cancel (on the top right of your home page when you login)
If you want to continue the process with me, I will need the email address used to create your account with us or the account ID.
