JUST realized that they have charged me over $200 :( Makes me so upset I was not more careful and let this go on this long! So so upsetting. Just canceled through here. A bit tricky to see though!

I couldn't find a phone number, but I sent two emails before the trial period was up asking that my account be cancelled. Conveniently, they claim they didn't get my emails until the day after my two week trial was up. I received a partial refund from them and my bank refunded me the difference, because I had proof that I had cancelled before the trial period ended. These people are scum sucking lowlifes taking advantage of the unemployed. If necessary, dispute the charges with your credit card company or bank. Good luck to you.
I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL THIS CURSE ACCOUNT THOUSANDS OF TIMES AND NOT THERE WAY. I ALREADY CALLED MY BANK AND THEY PUTTED A STOP AND THEY STILL GET THE MONEY FROM THE ACCOUNT. I HAVE SENT THOUSANDS OF EMAILS AND NOTHING. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP ON THE PAGE. SCAMMERS
As said in the first comment, a (not so quick) phone call should get the job done. Bear in mind, that they will not let you go so easily without trying to sell you some other product, and they are quite relentless. You just have to be firm (without being rude) in your decision to cancel. After all, you must appreciate that they are trying to sell a product, but stick to your guns, and they will eventually cancel. I got an email verification even while still on the phone with the rep. And of course document everything, and keep in a safe place, in the event of any discrepancies going forward.
Cindy why are they lowlives if you agreed to pay for something and you got the help you needed. Just because your unemployed doesn't mean you should get a service for free. Anyways Laura T said in the most amazing way ever how to cancel from the site so you could've called or have had it done yourself. Stop blaming other people for your troubles
