on 2/3/19They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
What is the email for MyPoints, I have searched everywhere and for hours to send them my issue: I have been trying to get an email or phone number to contact MyPoints. Today someone fraudulently hacked my account and used most all my points for two gift cards. I want those ordered cancelled and my hard earned points deposited BACK into my account. And then I need to change my password so the hacker does not do it again. Please respond back to me on how I can get my hard earned points back into my account for my usage and not some theif's easy prey.
Absolutely! The day after redeeming points for an Amazon Gift card, the account was deactivated. They said it was because of inconsistent survey answers. There should be a Class Action lawsuit against these guys for fraud and false advertising.
