I can't answer the question, but I would like to know the email they are mailing to as I cannot find an email to send my question to them: I have been trying to get an email or phone number to contact MyPoints. Today someone fraudulently hacked my account and used most all my points for two gift cards. I want those ordered cancelled and my hard earned points deposited BACK into my account. And then I need to change my password so the hacker does not do it again. Please respond back to me on how I can get my hard earned points back into my account for my usage and not some thief's easy prey.
