on 6/24/20A very legit company that has for decades treated me very well.
They are a scam. They sell you a battery and they upsell you an extended warranty for a lot of money sometimes up to a 100 dollars and they won't honor the warranty. You take the bad battery in and they lie and tell you it's good when it is not.
No, NAPA Auto Parts is not a scam. Not even close.
Employee, Ryan is the kind of employee that gives you legal problems. He verbally accosted my wife. I wouldn't waste my time with NAPA. They've always been overpriced for low end items. I ended up here after the Keizer branch took our money and lost our order.
In this case, I bought an item and the place wouldn't get it to me until a lawyers name was dropped. Called fraud guys. If I by a part and your company won't deliver the item that's a problem. Paying for the item and having you tell us you can't see the purchase and won't give us our parts with proof of purchase is fraud.
Let's see where this goes. I smell a bill from Nissan at your door
Napa Auto Parts is a SCAM! If you purchase anything that requires a "core" deposit, know that you won't get that money back!
