They told me mine shipped on Dec 1st. When you track it, it shows that a shipping label was printed but it has not yet been shipped. Today is the 7th. It still shows it has not shipped. They say it has but they are lying. They also promise shipping will take 7-10 days but when I questioned my order they said since I picked free shipping it could take 20 or even 28 days shipping. Since it still has not shipped, and it took several days for them to process before they told me it shipped, then the shipping is more like 40 days. I'm not sure since I still do not have my order. But don't purchase for Christmas, you won't get it.
