It is normal that we have some bad reviews. Someone loves the item while others think it is so bad. Sometimes, there are uncontrolled factors that may cause longer time to deliver. The customers can't receive the item in time, so they leave the negative reviews. Also, many customers have placed the order on Newchic. And they received the items and love them as well.
