Why did you charge me for the order and have not sent the order? I would expect if items are backordered, I would NOT be charged until you ship my items. I ordered 15 items. Are you telling me ALL items are on backorder? When I ordered, I didn't see anywhere where the items are on backorder. Then there was no email sent to me regarding ANYTHING was on backorder. Put the money back in my account until you guys are able to ship the items. It's been nearly 2 weeks and no communication from you guys, only PayPal that you guys charged me.
