Why did you charge me for the order and have not sent the order? I would expect if items are backordered, I would NOT be charged until you ship my items. I ordered 15 items. Are you telling me ALL items are on backorder?

When I ordered, I didn't see anywhere where the items are on backorder. Then there was no email sent to me regarding ANYTHING was on backorder.

Put the money back in my account until you guys are able to ship the items. It's been nearly 2 weeks and no communication from you guys, only PayPal that you guys charged me.

For the out-of-stock items, we have marked the words like "Expected restock on 8th December 2016" or "Usually dispatched in 10-15 business days" on the product page. Please pay more attention to it when placing the order.

Also, you can check your order status on your Newchic account. If you don't want to wait, please contact us, we will arrange the refund for you.
