on 4/21/10I wish I had found this website before I placed an order with this Company back in August. I was told my order would take 2-4 weeks and when I heard nothing from them I phoned their Sales Dept as I could find no other way to contact them. I had to phone several times and they were not at all helpful. I eventually found their Customer Service Department and they usually answered my emails quickly. I received my goods in October/November - one light was OK and the other was broken. This broken light was eventually collected and replaced, but this was also broken. At this point I had had enough and asked them to take away both lights and give me my money back. The lights were collected on 12th November and I am still waiting for my money back. I emailed again last week and said that I had not received my money and according to their terms and conditions they would pay me within 28 days and it was 26 days. Unless I received the money in my account by Friday I would take legal action. Silence.
Has anyone got their money back from this firm? If so did you have to take them to Court? Thanks to this site I have the name of the Director and I will write to her, but I would be grateful for any advice from others.

Like all the other people who have raised negative feedback I ordered some lights in Nov 2009 and cancelled in December I am getting the same excuses. I am unable to go to my credit card company as I paid my debit card and have not received a refund to date which I believe is theft. I have raised this issue with Trading Standards and will not rest until I receive a refund. I am at a loss how a business can treat customers in such a terrible way.
I am now left no choice but to take it up with trading standards, however there must be a complaints section at Google and Yahoo who should not allow this company to trade on their sites. I am going to find out.

This is the best way to approach the situation when you have a problem with any online purchases, only if the owner of the Website fails to respond to your questions or fails to respond to your concerns.
You need to send an email to abuse@clustered.net outlining what the problem is to the Website Hosting Provider, they have an obligation to help resolve the situation since they supply the Website owners server space to convey their services to you over the internet!
Or if you paid by credit card, file a camplaint wit your card provider.
Give it a try, I hope you can resolve the problem!
