Please contact support@nextdaypets.com and include your email address and last 4 digits of the card that is being billed. We will get this cancelled for you. On our HELP page, you can also find our email address.
It was a while ago but I think I found a phone number or e-mail on their website under "contact us".& was able to cancel the monthly charges. It wasn't real clear on cancelling but with a little searching you can get it cancelled. I searched for a local breed club on the internet for the breed I was looking for & contacted the secretary of the club & got the names for breeders in the area. Most breeders in the clubs know each other & can help you. Hope this helps!
I can sign in go to profile then account settings and then unchecked all the items listed for communications. I can not find a cancellation for the account. Let me know if you find it.
