We are extremely thankful for next day pets.com! We had been searching for a puppy for quite sometime, and we were running into a lot of scam sites. The moment I called I spoke to a Tania M and she definitely reassured me that everything was going to be safe, documented and she always kept in contact with me! I have always said communication is key! I rate them 110%! We received Lemon Drop and she was excited and clean! Thank you for making our family unite during this pandemic year.
I don't care who's fault it is and I don't care how it got on this website but some how my name and email was used to create an account on this website using a false address! I know they had to be a morron who knows nothing about Pattison MS because they used a street address from Idaho and put "Pattison MS" behind it. That street doesn't exist there! Plus I never once opened that account so if you "verify" dog breeders before they can sell as your website says, how could you have let this person use my name and email to create this account? Sounds shady to me!

The entire concept that there is even a website called "nextdaypets" is unbelievable. A purchaser knows nothing about who the real breeder or conditions are behind the charming photos posted. Equally as bad is that these irresponsible breeders will sell to pretty much anybody. What kind of idiot breeder sells a Golden Retriever to a 20 year old in the military? Seriously? What kind of life did that money grabbing unethical breeder think that this dog would have? Luckily, my son (the 20 year old in the military) came to his senses and admitted that it was a bad call. I now have a pup who is getting the treatment he deserves. Not that I wanted it, but someone has to take care of this poor dog that never should have been created and sold. What a disgusting website.
I read the other reviews and can only say that I have had an amazing experience! Everything was professional, coordinated but most of all, I got a beautiful puppy from a loving family. I highly recommend contacting Next Day Pets with your questions because I had a wonderful experience with them
No matter the number of adorable photos, Next day pets operates as conduit for mills and puppy brokers. Most reputable breeders do not sell through these sites and thoroughly interview buyers to ensure their pups go to good homes. How do I know? Because a puppy broker recently found, by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, to house 286 puppies in cramped cages, resulting in cross-contamination of both viral and gastrointestinal illness, continues to list puppies on this site. Beware, and do your research. Failure to do so could end in hundreds or thousands of dollars in vet bills, or death.
Just found that NextDayPets.com has been charging me $5 every two weeks - for what!? I understand that to stop them, the solution is to cancel your credit/debit card. Five dollars on the face of it is, for some, minimal but for people who don't check their statements, multiply that for several months... Can't believe I was taken.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site and spread the word.
This site is a complete fraud. Did the initial sign up for $5 and at some point they stated I upgraded and started charging $5 every two weeks. The site is useless, sure you can search for dogs but you cannot get any seller information unless you upgrade. I was not willing to and stopped going to the site, then I saw the charges. Quite the scam they have, small funds every two weeks that avoid immediate detection. Avoid this site like the plague. Oh we did get one email but it was not for a puppy but an abused puppy mill dog that has spent the first half of its poor life pregnant.
I listed some puppies with next day pets paid for 2 months and at the end of the 2 months was charged 19.95 a month after catching it I cancelled the subscription. The thing is I never even had a inquiry other than scanners about a puppy. I have to take some responsibility but I was reviewing my statements apparently the account was reactivated and I got ripped off for over $100. No the money was stolen in my mind and I have no trust with this company to do the right thing.
I paid all this money to get set up, verified, the whole nine yards. Never got one contact from any customers, but I wasnt worried about it at first. A year goes by, I go to put up a new litter, Im irretrievably locked out of my account. They will not respond to countless emails from me, I call during normal business hours, no one is there to take my calls. The only way to get into my account is to pay all this money again to get verified again. Be highly suspicious of any company that wont let you login without paying each and every time you log in. Be even more suspicious of any company that does not take calls or emails during normal business hours.
Total scam artists utilizing the goodness of people hearts towards animals as an entry point to scam money from the people who would unwittingly utilize this site to bring love into their households. Disgusting, at best.
We bought a dog thru NextDayPets, but ended up not getting the dog and the breeder gave us a BS excuse that our pet was dying a few days we were supposed to get her. The representative did her best for us to try and get us the dog. But being the middleman, you are only sending the messages to the buyer. We had asked for a Vet checkup proof, and the breeder thought it was odd asking that. So that's when we thought things might be shady. A few days before, we were supposed to get the puppy, we got a call that our dog isn't doing very well. Anyways, do not get a pet here if the breeder seems off and they can't give you simple information like a doctor's report. It's like they have something to hide.
If you get a breeder form Missouri, DON'T do it. If the breeder refuses to communicate with you, then that's a big sign. Here's the breeder who's crappy, we spoke to a ‘Lorna', if that's even her name.
Tip for consumers:
Check breeders before buying pet!

I found my tiny chihuahua on next day puppies. I had a great experience with the breeder calling me and making a greet and meet appointment. I met the puppy and family, paid and brought him home. All in the same day! I would use them again in the future. Love my new fur baby!
This website does ask for a $25 fee to apply for a puppy which I ended up paying for before I read some reviews. After I read some reviews, I called the next morning asking if they have received it or not. They did not really answer my question but after asking about my puppy of interest, I was able to put a full payment down on him. Five days later my corgi cardigan puppy was sent to the vet, and the following morning I picked him up from the airport. Yes, I agree the $25 does seem like a scam, but you just have to ask all the right questions, and be very on top of everything that is happening. The staff are extremely friendly over the phone and helped me out with every question I had. I just got my new addition to the family today and I could not be happier. He came with a microchip, and vaccinations. Please do not be afraid to just call and ask! That is what they are there for! Good luck! :)
Tip for consumers:
If you are unsure, just call the number provided. Do not pay the fee.
As they always say, It's to good to be true!
When you see low pricing and free shipping it is a set up. They respond by text very quickly but when you call and ask them lots of questions they start to fall apart. When we asked to see the papers on the puppies parents and other documents They refused and made up some poor excuses.
Hello John, please send us the link to the listing or the Puppy ID # so we can locate the account.
I paid 25 dollars for an application Through NextDayPets and found out the puppy is not even for sale. No one will email or call me back. I lost my dog of old age recently. She was 16 and my other pooch is having just as much or more difficulties with it than I am. I wanted a friend for her. This makes me so angry! I was almost scammed from another individual just recently after I gave them every private info about our family. Luckily I figured out before I gave them all the money
Paid $5 for a subscription. Every two weeks nextdaypets billed me for another $5, although I don't recall their informing me that this was a recurring charge. It is impossible to cancel or to speak to a human (I left messages which were never returned). I also paid $25 for a deposit. Breeder never heard of nextdaypets and never received the deposit. Contacted my credit card company, which reversed the charges.
Collect funds prior to providing true service. Go direct to breeders. Much better results. They will say they cannot control response from breeders who use their service. Exactly and that is the problem!
Both pets I paid to get info on were already sold :( and they continued to charge me $5 every two weeks for nothing. Forced me to become a ViP member to see anything and didn't obviously tell me of the ridiculous recurring charge for zero services.

I would understand a fee for special features on the site, but a fee to simply use the site? That just seems ridiculous to me. The only thing you can do is make an account for free. Can't contact any sellers or submit an application.
The way our site works is one or the other party (buyer/seller) must have a subscription with us. The majority of our sellers do have a subscription and you can view their ads for free. However, if you come across an ad that is not viewable, and you wish to contact this particular advertiser - you will need to create and upgrade a users account for a small fee. The advertiser is aware that the potential buyer would have to do this. They are taking a risk. If you do not wish to upgrade, simply move on to the next ad. Applications are optional, they are not mandatory to contact the advertiser.
I contacted a seller 3 times and the last time I called. He sounded shocked that I called and kinda of out of it. I had to ask if this was the person in the email. He told me he was selling the puppy for his neighbor. Not once did he asked me what type of environment the puppy would be living in. I will consider this a "red flag" and cancel my appointment to see the pup.
This lady continues to sell bad sick puppies. I just wrote a review on her about a sick puppy that passed away. I showed all my proof from the first puppy and once the review was posted she called but was ignoring my calls and the vet that tried calling her. Her contract states take puppy to the vet within 48 hours but she ignores the calls when trying to contact her. She has 7 or more phone numbers and different names. This is a sad situation for us that want and love pets. She should not keep doing this to people. She replaced mine with another sick one. Was throwing up not even 5 minutes of getting him from her and I called her and she was so rude! Tiny Boy 1 A1 Pets lady goes by the name of Mary but keep saying its not her. She is on these nice sites selling these sick puppies. This is the 2nd site I have wrote about her on. Its heartbreaking.
This site made me believe I was paying an application fee for a puppy to a breeder. Yet the breeder does not participate in next days pets application fee. It's a total scam. They stole $25 from me and when I try to contact them, they are completely unprofessional. Do not work through this site! The application fee goes to absolutely nothing, other then their pretty little pockets. Will report to bbb.
I have purchased a yorkie from a breeder from this web-site and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have also gone back to the web-site several times to get different information about my puppy. Meds, behavior, etc. The ONLY reason I did not give this site all stars is because I had wanted to go back to the breeder's web-site that I got my puppy from but had forgotten the complete address and there is no where on there where you can add a favorite breeder for future purposes, etc. Thank god I was able to find an old email from the breeder and got the web address that way!
If the website is going to be called NEXT DAY pets, I expected some sort of response. I sent 2 emails to breeders, spent $50 (not $25, the website double charged us) to fill out one application, and paid the $6 to upgrade my account. None of the money I spent seems to have any difference in response times, or likeliness to get the puppy you actually want. I'm very disappointed. Do NOT spend your money or waste your time looking for dogs here.
Please feel free to contact Next Day Pets directly so that we can look into the account you are trying to contact. support@nextdaypets.com
I highly advise you not to use this site or support their breeders. My puppy came with intestinal parasites, ear mites and kennel cough. The breeders health agreement states that none if theses issues are covered. The breeder after I stopped payment and lost my case paid for some of my cost but wanted to be clear that normally she does not cover these cost. I will never buy from this site again. My first dog was purchased on Puppyspot and I should have gone to them again. It's absolutely ashame what people think is ok. My puppy is still listed as available two weeks later for less money.
