I use the Nextdoor mobile app on my iPhone, so I'll explain the steps from the app.  

Tap the rightmost tab at the bottom of the screen (3 horizontal lines). Scroll down and tap "neighbors". Then tap the title bar "all neighbors", and select "Leads". Then tap "list".

You only have access to the Leads information in your own neighborhood, not in any other associated neighborhoods.

1. Select Neighbors from the left side menu of your Newsfeed.  
2. Select the Leads tab at the top.
