Not hard, but getting a hold of competent customer service is another issue.
I have never gotten the "off-shore" representative. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than I'd like but they are always responsive. They take their time in answering my needs and treat me as if I were their only customer. They typically do a follow-up call to be sure things are all good.
Super easy. They have online chat and telephone contact
Support is awful. Someone in an off-shore call center will answer the phone, but ability to deal with the simplest of requests is difficult, time-consuming and ineffective.
The support is just as good and we are saving so much.
