Scam... Otherwise it will end up costing you more in time trying to get your money back and cancelling!
Total scam! Run away from these guys... here's why:
RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY---HERE'S WHY--->
I own a healthcare clinic that since COVID STRONGLY relies on it's phone system to ensure we can care for our patients. This was made know to James Munday and he and his management agreed we'd get 30 days to sample the service to ensure it would be sufficient for healthcare. That's what they promised and here's what really happened.
1. They charged me for phone service when we did not have phone service set up with them. Yes. You read that right. We 100% had NO PHONE SERVICE set up with them. Nothing was set up in our clinic. Our numbers were not ported over yet they still charged us $479.40.
2. They were impossible to get in touch with, which is why we could not set up our phone system. Between my staff and myself we spent over 6 hours on the phone with nothing accomplished.
3. We had a 30 day out clause in our contract. We could not contact our rep to cancel as she was not available and as a result they are trying to charge us over $12,000 up front to cancel.
4. In a 30 day period they were not able to get our phone system set up, yet they still billed our credit card.
Here's my impression of Nextiva "management"…let's give customers a great sales experience, tie them into a contact and then not be available to provide them with service. So we take their money and provide no service JUST LIKE CRIMINALS DO. In my opinion, this is a very dishonest company and I only hope that anyone who reads this heads my warning and run, run, run as far away from Nextiva as possible. You'd had better luck with carrier pigeons... LOL.
Very Legit. We have been using them for about 5 years now.
Yes they are legit Lary. We honestly have no complaints about anything.
