My order from almost 3 months ago didn't arrive and I've only just been refunded. From my experience the only way you will get a refund is to keep badgering them. Take copies of all your messages (they can only be contacted through the website so you don't get a copy of your correspondence) and threaten legal action. Don't take notice of any fobbing off, even when they promise a refund in 3-5 days or whatever, they have no intention of refunding you. You just need to keep on bothering them until it's in your account. I wish you lots of luck. It's infuriating to be conned like this.

After 6 weeks waiting, I asked for a refund and got a £5 voucher (which I'd be mad to spend) and a promised refund which 3 weeks on has yet to materialise despite being told to expect it in 5 days.

28 days was my experience, but I had my credit card credited for the full amount by my bank immediately on the basis of my claim against Nigel Ohara.

Based on what I've been reading on various reviews, it can easily be a month or more. I cancelled my order 10 days ago and I do not have my refund yet (someone was supposed to phone me about it today but didn't). If you spent a large amount, you may want to oppose the charge on your credit card instead, in order to get it processed more quickly.
