Must us chat that the only way of communication. No Tracking labels come with the orders, and all returns are to go to China which is very expense to to ship. Noracora is making customers pay for that cost. I paid $96.30 for shipping to China. That is why it's not available because they are running a scam! You have to call them for the return shipping address and they know if they put that address out on the website no one would buy; however they make sure to put in their policy that the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you didn't pay a lot for the item I would throw it away verses paying more to ship back to China just my opinion! Their clothes are big and Cheaply made.
