Wanted to return an item. WAY TOO MANY STEPS need to be taken to do this simple task. They offer 1/2 back purchase price so I took that option.

The item does not have the quality that they appear to have online and they are over priced and I bought a clearance item but was shipped something totally different and is unable to return it or use it.
I just contacted them today and they have not had a chance to respond back to me.
Because the dresses appear to be very nice that you could wear to work or church but they material is so thin that you have to have to wear a slip with them

It was nice hopefully the items has the quality that they appear to have online.
Items appears to be stylish, comfortable, and loose fitting with the upscale quality look about them. I hope it is what it appears to be.
Shopping experience has been superior; hopefully merchandise is just as awesome and if not returns are smooth, easy and stress-free and if so, I will be a customer for life.
Walmart, Sam's Club, Macy's, and Belts - little to no returns to these stores.
First time shopper here. I was disappointed in the quality of the material. The slacks did not look like the pictures. The capri pants are nice...but I don't love the material. One shirt shrunk when I washed it in cold water. I won't be a regular customer!
When I hadn't received any of the items in about 10 days, I thought my order was lost. Customer service responded in a timely manner to assure me my order would be coming.
Pictures looked good...I've learned my lesson.
