Our formula is concentrated. It may be potent for individuals with sensitivities. Here's some tips that may help you avoid any irritation: 1. Use a very light application, a little goes a long way. 2. Only apply serum to upper eyelash line (same location as liquid eyeliner) 3. Do not use on lower lashes. 4. Apply morning only until you acclimate. Night time is problematic for many women. 5. I have some customers that apply the serum to the lash line and then keep their eyes closed for a few seconds until it drys. You can even fan the area for moment to help. Let us know if this does the trick!

There were no adverse reactions in our clinical trials and we have had no verified issues from customer use. Lash enhancement products should not touch the eyelid. Application is a thin line of serum placed on the upper eyelash line, inner to outer corner.

Hello Judith, If you are experiencing eye changes from using the prescription product, please stop immediately and consult your physician. We have a completely different set of ingredients than their brand. Moving to our product should produce the results you are craving without the side effects. Uniquely we have five DNA proteins that outperform the aforementioned ingredient. Hi Lawana, You should continue using the product as an ongoing part of your routine. If you discontinue use, we believe your skin, lashes, brows, and hair will gradually revert back to their original appearance. How long that takes is based on your individual biology and other conditions. The good news is that you can decrease usage after you've achieved a desired look. For LASH, BROW, and HAIR products: Once you reach a point of satisfaction, you can apply the serum once per day. Another option is to decrease application to three or four times per week.
