NULASTIN Questions & Answers

We have heard from many customers with hypothyroidism. Many of them have seen great success while using NULASTIN. There is an intimate connection between the hair follicles and the extracellular matrix that supports the follicles in the skin. Not only is elastin and its precursor, Elastatropin® (our exclusive DNA protein), synthesized by the cells in the hair follicles, but the follicles themselves appear to depend on elastin and the structure of its matrix for their function and vitality. NULASTIN nurtures the cells that produce hair follicles. Our formula has five active ingredients - all designed to deliver positive results. That said, everyone is different. What we can not predict is how you will respond to NULASTIN's follicle fortifying serum.

Regarding the prevention of male pattern baldness, we are confident that addressing the health of the hair follicles in the scalp, specifically the elastin and Keratin proteins will improve the vitality of the hair. But in all honestly, if male pattern baldness has already damaged the follicles beyond repair, there is no treatment that can bring dead hair back to life. That being said, if there is life in the follicle - no matter how dormant it may be, we believe that we can help! Certain spots can be problematic and may take six months or longer to look better.

Your brows, lashes, and hair will stay thick through their natural growth cycle, then they will return to their regular state when you stop using the serum. The good news, is that you can back off after you achieve a desired look. Once you reach a point of satisfaction, you can apply the serum 1x per day. Another option is to decrease application to three or four times per week. When you want to pump up the results again, go back to 2x per day use.

Our formula is concentrated. It may be potent for individuals with sensitivities. Here's some tips that may help you avoid any irritation: 1. Use a very light application, a little goes a long way. 2. Only apply serum to upper eyelash line (same location as liquid eyeliner) 3. Do not use on lower lashes. 4. Apply morning only until you acclimate. Night time is problematic for many women. 5. I have some customers that apply the serum to the lash line and then keep their eyes closed for a few seconds until it drys. You can even fan the area for moment to help. Let us know if this does the trick!

There were no adverse reactions in our clinical trials and we have had no verified issues from customer use. Lash enhancement products should not touch the eyelid. Application is a thin line of serum placed on the upper eyelash line, inner to outer corner.

Hello Judith, If you are experiencing eye changes from using the prescription product, please stop immediately and consult your physician. We have a completely different set of ingredients than their brand. Moving to our product should produce the results you are craving without the side effects. However, I hesitate to say, "come on over" until you've had a chance to check in with your doctor, ok? One can never be too careful. Hi Jessica, Thanks so much for checking in. We are not aware of our product causing skin darkening to the eyelids or around the eyes. The clinical trials we conducted did not show any side effects. Lash enhancement products should not touch the eye lid. Application is a thin line of serum placed on the upper eyelash line inner to outer corner of the eye.
