Hi k t. You can definitely port your landline number to NumberBarn! Porting is what we do. However, you won't be able to port from NumberBarn directly to Google Voice. NumberBarn's numbers are classified as "wireline" and Google Voice will only accept wireless numbers. You can port your number to a cheap wireless service first and then on to Google Voice.
