I ordered an difuser on nov. 20th and still haven't gotten any response that my item has been shipped.

Answer:

Rebecca, Why don't you reply to customer emails and phone calls? You have basically stolen my money. Now I have had to jump thru hoops to get my mney back. Sleazy way to operate.
